L'Atelier Artisan Crêpier has unveiled its new summer menu, highlighting fresh and seasonal products !
The Robert galette, an original and summery creation, combines Mozzarella di bufala with cherry tomatoes, homemade pesto, and arugula. Salad lovers will also enjoy the vegetarian strawberry salad, made with tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber, red onion, pine nuts, and cilantro, all dressed with a honey vinaigrette. These dishes are perfect for a light and refreshing summer meal !
For dessert, the Andrée crepe pairs strawberries with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla ice cream and a red fruit coulis. Ice cream sundaes are also making a big comeback, made with artisanal ice cream from the ice cream maker Histoire de glaces. These sweet treats are the perfect way to end a summer meal on a high note!
