Emeric Berthet et Thomas Jamet the fondators of the company, accompanied by Julien Rouleau, they now offer their concept for franchising.
To this day, 9 crêperies are already open under our ownership in the Paris region, in Lyon and Grenoble. The first restaurant in franchise open its doors in Cannes july of 2022. For 2024, we are already aiming for 20 new crêperies!

L’Atelier Artisan Crêpier offers quality ingredients (French flour & meats) that are seasonal.
Made fresh every morning, our crêpe batter is prepared using fresh ingredients. Our crêpes are made to order, the secret to crispy yet fluffy crepes.
A product range
We have chosen to work with a breton producer to develop our cider l’Atelier. The offer consists of a dry cider, a rosé cider, and an artisanal cider. Non-alcoholic beverages complement this collection.
On the sweet side, salted butter caramel cream, salted butter caramels, and a spread developed by Michel Cluizel, complete our “grocery” range.
