It all started
in 2012
In 2012, Emeric and Thomas opened their first Atelier in Paris, with the idea of creating a vibrant, welcoming space where everyone finds their place from morning to night.
Joined by Julien, they grew the venture with committed artisans who embody the spirit of each restaurant.
Today, l'Atelier continues to develop… without ever losing sight of this vision.
