Wednesday evening, we celebrated the reopening of our Mabillon location, the first restaurant of our brand to fully embody our new identity. A reinvented gathering place, designed for every moment of the day, warm, vibrant, and firmly rooted in L'Atelier's DNA – Artisan Crêpier.
Since this reopening, we've already seen revenue climb by +15%, a strong signal that confirms a key conviction:
in a restaurant market as dynamic and competitive as ours, constantly reinventing and innovating is essential to stay ahead.
That evening, we had the pleasure of welcoming journalists, influencers, loyal L'Atelier fans, and friends of the house. A wonderful opportunity to unveil together our new space and winter menu, greeted with an enthusiasm that truly moves us.
